The new foam roller from Fitness-Mad, the Spi-Roller, has a spiral design that provides a more effective massage with alternative patterns on each end for a different sensation. The polypropylene tube prevents deformation when rolling which offers a more robust alternative to rollers that use an inferior PVC tube. Available in Blue or Black.
